Hi! My name is Soleil and I am a first year SMFA combined degree student from Lancaster, PA. Some of my academic interests include Civic Studies, Race Colonialism & Diaspora studies, and the Graphic Arts. I’m passionate about using my studio work for community organizing and public arts practice, and recently I’ve been exploring mediums like printmaking, screen printing, and fiber arts. When I’m not in class or napping you can generally find me wired on an SMFA cafe Americano and organizing with the Sunrise Movement for Climate Justice, long boarding, tour guiding, reading comics, exploring new thrift spots, or working on an embroidery hoop!
