"Regardless of a student’s unique passion at Tufts, there will be a place to thrive or explore. Whether it’s miming, tap dancing, promoting universal healthcare, bhangra, electric cars, education for the incarcerated, etc. there are organizations that help Tufts go from simply a campus to a community."

"Between class assignments, out-of-school commitments, family responsibilities, AND college applications, I know you’re balancing a lot. For that reason, it’s worth a reminder that there are likely so many pieces of this process that you think are important, but are not (a typo in a college essay, for example)...but there [a]re more than a few aspects of the process whose significance I didn’t fully understand until I was immersed in my first reading season last year. Here are a handful of application elements that I totally underestimated, and perhaps you have too."

for you
The best way to fully appreciate Tufts is to visit our campus. If you have never been to our campus, or it has been awhile, we would love to have you be our guest for a day. Our hope is that you can take a tour of our campus, enjoy a complimentary lunch in the dining hall, attend a class (if you wish) and meet with an admissions officer to answer any questions that you may have.
for your students
Almost every day of the work week (and on select Saturdays in the Fall and in April) we offer information sessions and tours. In addition, during the school year students can visit select classes and eat lunch at one of our dining halls with a Tufts student. See the Visit section of this website for details.
for group visits
If you would like to bring a group of 25 or more students to campus, please register here. We are unable to accommodate groups on weekends, holidays, and school vacation weeks.
At a Glance
At Tufts, we have a student body made up of more than numbers. Our students have strong grades and test scores, but we look for more than that when making a class. We admit students who are well rounded in all areas of their lives – academic, social, and extracurricular.
