Combined Bachelor's and Master's Degrees

B.A. or B.S./M.A.

Qualified Tufts undergraduates in the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering may apply to participate in a program to earn both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in five years.  Interested students should consult their undergraduate advisor and then contact the intended graduate school to learn about the application process. Combined degree students must fulfill the academic residency requirement of eight full-time semesters of study and pay the related tuition. Students may begin taking graduate-level courses while still undergraduates. Admission to the combined program is generally during the junior year.
