Hiya! My name is Ruhama Mulugeta and I am delighted to be an Admissions Fellow this year. I am currently a senior studying Psychology, Entrepreneurship and German from London, England. I’ve had the pleasure of both participating in and serving as a team leader for a social mobility program focused on navigating higher education in the US. In light of this and my experience as a first generation, international student, I have observed the demands and challenges of the university application process. I am excited to listen to the exceptional and multifaceted accounts of our prospective international students and hope to provide valuable insights about the college admissions process to help alleviate the obstacles of applying from abroad. Outside of class and on campus, you’ll likely find me sitting on the grass, practicing calligraphy or going on super long walks. I am also a proud Ethiopian Eritrean and love to attend cultural events surrounding my heritage.
