Seeing life like a Matisse painting / Floral Writer
Hi, hi, hi! I am Mariana, but my younger sisters call me Mari Po. Tufts will be my home for the next few years. I am a Combined Degree student with SMFA studying Fine Arts and Cognitive and Brain Science. Although I drink coffee every day, I am more of a tea person especially vanilla tea. Some of my favorites include theater (big Musical theater fan), animation, a little of computer graphics, watercolor paintings, oatmeal cookies, orange cats and pistachio lattes. I will be sharing my experience at Tufts as a Venezuelan who moved to the US only a few years ago and as a busy (but always with fun sweaters and caffeinated) SMFA Combined Degree student.
Earlier this semester I spent about an hour doing the following:
1. Making dough out of corn flour
2. Making balls out of the dough
3. Then flattening…
