Hello! My name is Vera, and I’m a proud SMFA at Tufts student, class of 2028! Although Boston is a long way from my home in Singapore, I’ve settled in as I work through the Combined Degree program. My School of Arts & Sciences major remains undecided—though I’m eyeing psychology or computer science—but I hope to pursue a minor in linguistics. As for studio art, I’ve been delving deeper into the behavior of color and immersing myself in sculptural practice using fibers, metals, and other 3D materials. There’s so much to explore here after all! You can find me knitting/crocheting on the intercampus shuttle, leading tours around the SMFA campus, or observing the flora and fauna peppered throughout the Medford area.
