Hello -- It's great to meet you! My name is Joskar Yanes, a freshman from Rahway, New Jersey. I plan on majoring in International Relations and (possibly) minoring in Linguistics. At Tufts, I am a part of Club Running, Teach-In CORES, and the University's Questbridge Chapter (shoutout NJ SEEDS and Rutgers Future Scholars!!!). I am also proudly a part of two extracurricular activities which take place outside of Tufts University: Air Force ROTC (Detachment 365) at M.I.T. and Marching Band at Boston College. This is a huge part of why I chose Tufts; The opportunities at and surrounding Tufts University give me greater flexibility to do the things I love while simultaneously experiencing the supportive and outgoing community at Tufts.
