I have always had an appreciation for French culture, French language and French cuisine. In fact, here at Tufts I am currently taking French, and I visited Paris a couple of years ago. This weekend I stumbled across a local French bakery in the nearby in Davis Square called Caramel French Patisserie. My experience there was absolutely terrific, and it is very convenient. Davis Square is just a couple of minutes’ walks from Tufts, and it is even closer by car or bus. I really liked the small business vibe when I first stepped in there was a long line, but the line moved pretty quickly, and the customer service was wonderful! My favorite thing I had when I went were the chocolate eclairs, they were absolutely delightful and tasty! Also, the croissants are very hot and buttery as well! The café is also a great place to meet up with a friend and cha over some French snacks and a cup of coffee. Or if you want to study it is also a great place to do that as well. Something I really about being a student here at Tufts gives you access to so many small businesses to support around the Medford area.
