Meet the Student Fellows
Megan Amero '24
Megan.Amero@tufts.eduHey everyone! My name is Megan and I’m so excited to be an Admissions Fellow this year! I’m an English major and a linguistics minor. In addition to English, I speak Spanish, as well as some German, Finnish, and Japanese. I grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts and I’m very happy to call Medford/Somerville home for my college years. On campus, I’m currently the executive copy editor for the Tufts Daily, a member of the ExCollege board, and an ExCollege peer teacher emeritus. If you look around, you might catch me writing poems for Future Histories Literary Magazine, short fiction at Parnassus creative writing club, or brainstorming away at a café with friends. I can’t wait to hear all of your stories!
Taylor Boozer '24
Taylor.Boozer@tufts.eduI’m from Atlanta, Georgia, I’m studying English and Psychology, and I love drawing, crocheting, sewing, and reading! I also enjoy going on walks with my dog and talking with friends and having movie nights with my family. Lastly, I’m a part of Kappa Alpha Theta at Tufts, and I love the community I have found here. I wanted to be an Admissions Fellow because I love connecting with new people and helping students find their passion. I so appreciate the passionate work that Tufts puts into teaching young adults and helping them achieve their goals in academics and beyond, and I hope I can help others do the same. Go Jumbos!

Matthew.Chen@tufts.eduHi everyone! My name is Matt Chen and I am a senior at Tufts from Arlington, MA studying Film & Media Studies and Economics. I've spent my entire life in Massachusetts and am so excited to work to show how great Tufts and Massachusetts are to you all! On campus, you can find me running social media for the Tufts Chinese Students Association, working at Lilly Music Library, managing projects in 180 Degrees Consulting, or giving weekly tours as a campus tour guide! Outside of Tufts, I'm a massive Boston sports fan and follow Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League, I enjoy going into Boston for any reason, and you can also find me playing piano in Granoff from time to time as well.
