Kia ora! My name is Max and I'm a Mechanical Engineer in the Class of 2020 Tufts. I'm spending my second semester Sophomore year abroad at University of Canterbury in New Zealand. It can be tricky for engineers to find time to go abroad and it's not that common to go abroad Sophomore year but it is absolutely possible. I am thrilled to be spending this semester abroad and I can't wait to share it with all of you!
A bit about me:
I'm from White Plains, NY, I LOVE music (I am on the executive board for WMFO, the radio station at Tufts and I look forward to getting a show at the student radio station here while I'm in NZ) from prog rock to new wave to surf rock and most things in between (excluding *shudder* disco), and I'm an Eagle Scout so naturally I love the great outdoors!
