The Tufts Gordon Institute offers a minor in engineering management that is available to all engineering undergraduate students at Tufts. The program emphasizes real-life experience and engineering practice, not just theory. A Tufts engineering degree combined with an engineering management minor provides students with a competitive edge and equips them to make significant contributions as soon as they enter the workplace. The foundation of the minor is built around for key areas: Engineering Management, Technical and Managerial Communications, Management of Innovation, and Engineering Leadership.
