Students in the School of Arts and Sciences who are interested in biomedical engineering may elect to take biomedical sciences as a second major. Crossing between the School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering, biomedical sciences majors take biomedical engineering courses as well as others in biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering psychology, math, mechanical engineering, philosophy, and physics.
