Tour Tufts
Campus Tours
Led by a current student, campus tours are offered several times a day and last about one hour. We do not make reservations for tours, so feel free to join any tour that fits your schedule on the day you visit. Taking the tour is an excellent way to take in Tufts’ facilities and landscape as you learn more about Tufts life from a student’s perspective. A Note for Tour Takers with Disabilities
If a disability prevents you from climbing stairs, please contact the admissions office prior to your visit so that we may accommodate your needs. Contact us by phone at 617-627-3170.
Tours for Future Engineers
Current engineering students lead campus tours following the engineering group information sessions on specified Fridays in the fall and spring. The one-hour tour offers the opportunity to learn more about Tufts from an engineering major’s perspective and to walk through selected engineering and science facilities. The engineering campus tour will cover the same areas on campus as the general campus tour. You do not need to do both. Check out our calendar for dates and times.
Group Visits
Schools and other organizations wishing to bring groups of five or more high school juniors or seniors to campus may call 617-627-3170 to inquire about availability and to make a reservation.
Check-In
Upon arriving to the Tufts campus, visitors should check in for the information session at Undergraduate Admissisions Visitor Center in Dowling Hall. Please see our campus map for the exact location of the parking garage.
