One month down already. Time has a funny way of flying by. It seems so long ago when I was in my first semester contemplating how many I had to go till graduation… now in my fifth semester, I kinda wish that time would sometimes freeze for a bit. A professor of mine once told me that the reason we are given 8 semesters in college is so that we have 8 different attempts at college and hopefully by the end of it we know what we want to do with ourselves. And this brings me to my current thoughts…what do I want to do after college? The answer to that seems to be an elusive butterfly. I am curious as to how many of us actually do know. I guess it used to be much easier long ago when one was born to either a blacksmith, or a fisherman, or a tailor, or even a hunter, then one would know that one will grow up to take after their parent. Well today with the ease with which “the world is at ones feet”, it becomes a totally different affair. From the childhood...

It definitely has been a while since my last entry. Time, struggles and growth have all contributed to my silence as i sought to find my footing both at Tufts and within my own skin. As with all such journeys, one never knows when one has arrived at the answer they sought or if they even is an answer for what they seek, thus i  have resolved to continue to share my adventures despite not knowing a lot of things. And they do say that all good stories have no end.

 

To mark my return, I thought I would share with you the words I shared last week with some of the incoming freshman… Class of 2015… kinda feel a little old now.. just a little. Enjoy
