A light pierces through the darkness of the abyss; welcoming, comforting. It beckons you towards itself, its warmth mesmerizing, a promise of serenity…
'How would my friends describe me?
Well, first off, they’d refer to me as “Taara”, an old nickname intended to annoy that somehow managed to stick. “Taara” literally translates to ‘star’ and traces its origins to a child movie star I uncannily resemble.
With that out of the way, a little bit about ‘me’. A proud member of the Tufts class of 2021, and a potential engineering major, I hail from the Pakistani capital of Islamabad, a city renowned for its luscious green valleys, spicy cuisines, diversity, and cultures.
I am a crazy gaming ninja, I tirelessly play squash all day, and try to break apart and piece together any machinery I can get my hands on. When not pursuing these interests, I’m usually found in one of the most magical places on Earth; my bed.
To sum it up, looking forward to shedding light on my college experiences, one irrelevant rambling at a time.'
